Cancellation, Return, & Exchange Policy

All sales are final — once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement, exchange, or refund. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

 

You can cancel the order as long as your order status is not set to “shipped”. However, all the cancellations will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Please be sure to contact our customer representative if you want to cancel your order. Product details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.” Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.


    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      Human hair products are a hygienic product and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used. We always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety reasons. This is an industry standard. No exceptions will be made.
